Which complex carbohydrates for breakfast?
Answer:
Definately porridge oats. They fill you up and release energy slowly so you should be full till lunch time.

Porridge or low fat granola or multigrain bread
wholewheat pasta!
its all about energy,and there are 3 oponents of it,you can get energy from carbs,protein and fat. most important thing is not to mix carbs and fat together as your body will use the energy from the carbs and the fat will be stored. for breakfast you should stick to just carbs,like porridge(with honey or fruit if you like) or wholegrain bread with (a little) bit of jam or honey, avoid butter though. with that you could have a (selfmade) banana milkshake.
