Where do pickles fall in the food pyramid?

Are pickles good for you or have their vitamins been stripped?
Answer:
Last I checked Cucumbers are a vegetable. In case you don't know Pickles are Pickled Cucumbers.The Good
This food is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K and Calcium.The Bad
This food is very high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
Pickels are Cucumbers soaked in vinagar and other spices. They contain vitamin k, that is really good for your blood.
Pickles are a condiment. They have less nutrients then catchup but also have few calories.
Veggie I think
it depends what kind. If they are the sugary one then it goes with the sweets. If it is the calorie free kind then it is with the veggies.
