Which activity is better? Jogging every day or working out 3 times a week?

I am curious to know whether jogging for 15minutes every day and doing 1 hour of aerobics every week is more beneficial than going to the gym for 45mins 3 times a week
Answer:
workout is better than jogging it can burn fat and build muscle. You should workout at least 4 times a week and each workout should take at least 90 minutes. After workout don't forget to consume protein supplements which can help your muscle recover.
Well what do you want to achieve they are both good for you, but they both serve different functions one is for your heart and one is for the body (strength). They both will make you lose calories, so what are you looking for?
