Why am i fatter...?

compared to 6 months ago i weigh at least a stone more, yet eat healthier and exercise more. I am struggling to lose weight or inches and am starting to get quite down.any ideas for reasons or solutions??
Answer:
how much you eat is also a factor.. if you're eating the right foods, but eating more of them, you're still going to put on weight.. you need to eat the right foods and eat small portions.. and make sure you keep exercising.. you know how you feel weak when you exercise and you haven't eaten enough? that means your body is burning fat to use for energy because there's not enough food in your stomach.. that's how you burn fat off your body.. if you always make sure your tummy is full, you'll never see your weight go down because your body is getting all it's energy from the food in your stomach.. at the same time though, you can't totally starve yourself.. just eat small portions.. try eating something like 1 egg for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a bowl of (healthy) cereal for dinner.. and make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.. when you exercise, you'll feel really tired because your body is taking energy from your fat reserves.. but take joy in that tiredness because it means you are losing fat..
Muscle weighs more than fat and so you will weigh more if you have built muscle. It can also bulk you out a bit if you build the wrong typeGet yourself down to a gym for some one on one advice and the first session is usally freeDont get down, get into it again and Im sure you will see resultsGood luck
well i could tell you but i need more info like what is your diet?
What do you do in your exercises/workouts? Let me know and i can help.
YOUR STILL EATING THE WRONG FOOD
try a specific vegetable, and a specific work out. like. run for 10 days, then do sit-ups for another 10 days, and something else for 10 days. pretty simple in my terms.
You may be building muscle mass which weights more than fat. You also may be on a diet that doesn't agree with you. There is some thought that certain blood types should avoid certain foods. For instance, type O are allergic to wheat. It causes the body to build fat through an allergic reaction. You can research the web for this info. Dr. Atkins diet works wonders on some people, particularly if you limit carbs for only 2 weeks, then gradually re-introduce them into your diet to see the reaction.
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between. Include plenty of fruits and uncooked vegetables in ur food intake. Chew each morsel 32 times to enable activating ur body to generate signals to warn u that u have had enough.Take regular light exercises and brisk walks, preferably twice a day. This will enable u to achieve what u thought was impossible.
u r so because of tension , never be tense and this will certainly loose your weight.

Yikes! You've been given a number of frightening suggestions! Anyway, I know sometimes when I eat healthier and exercise more, my pants seem to shrink. I think it's because I foolishly stop worrying about portion size. Anyway, you might also have an illness. Make sure you talk to your doctor at your next visit. In the meantime, keep learning about what is truly healthy eating. I'd start with published books and guide, including government publications. (Yes, they sometimes are slanted towards a lobby group, but they are generally more balanced and accurate than diets backed by a famous doctor.) In addition, most of us that have a healthy attitude towards food, aren't really aware of just how much we eat, and what normal portion sizes actually are. Without obsessing over it, measure a few of your favourite meals. Losing weight might be as simple as using smaller dishes. Above all, if you otherwise feel very healthy, and aren't significantly overweight, I wouldn't worry too much. Just discuss your concerns at your next doctor's visit.
You are fatter because you are taking in more fuel (as calories) than you are burning (as energy). It's simple mathematics. The ONLY diet that will ever work is a lifestyle change. As soon as you quit dieting and eat unhealthily you will put the weight back on again, plus some more. This is because your metabolic rate has dropped. Here are some facts for you:Small frame = Low metabolic rate
Large frame = High metabolic rateIf you really want to lose weight healthily and have a good chance of keeping it off, you need to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). You can do this by clicking on the following link:http://www.weightlossforgood.co.uk/bmr_c...Ok, you've probably got a 4 digit figure. (Mine is 1359).
This figure is the number of calories your body needs each day just to exist i.e. if I layed in bed all day and didn't move a muscle, my body would need 1359 calories each day to exist. i.e.1359 calories would keep all my vital organs going, like the heart and brain etc. However, if you wanted to spend the entire day running around, you would need to consume MORE calories than your BMR or your body will be deficient in calories and will eat up it's own fat stores as fuel.THIS IS THE CLEVER PART - if you eat no more than your BMR each day, then you will lose weight easily because your body will need to burn fat to make up the difference. And it's perfectly safe and healthy, because you are not depriving your body. You are giving your body all the calories that it needs to function healthily. It only becomes unhealthy if you drop your calorie allowance BELOW your BMR. In this circumstance, you'll be burning off muscle too. xxx
Muscle weighs more than fat. Use a measuring tape to track your progress. You are exercising and building muscle. The scale means nothing.
