Why am I dizzy and shaky?

I started work at 6am, I've eaten a mixed nut bar, 3 choc bars and 3 cups of tea. I don't have a sweet tooth, I was just boredom eating and our crew bar doesn't have anything good. Now it's 11am and suddenly I'm dizzy, light headed, shaky and sweating slightly. This happens occasionally. Why? Or is it simply a sugar rush I wonder.
Answer:
Dizzy spells, shaking and sweating are all symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency. You need to eat more foods rich in this vitamin!! :Yeast, liver, beef, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork. When we are in stress situations our bodies will naturally use up more of the B complex group of vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. These are a water soluble group of vitamins and need to be replenished in our bodies on a daily basis. The body can neither store or produce these essential vitamins. B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant products usually dont contain it.Other symptoms you may be suffering from are Depression, irritability, moodiness, inability to concentrate, nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, insomnia and constipation, fatigue and exhaustion, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations!! Not very nice hey??!!Its actually quite frazzling and scary to experience these symptoms if you are unaware of the simple fact that you simply need to feed your body correctly. I have 3 school age children and a workaholic husband and each time one has a tummy ache, headache, nausea, too tired to do anything its generally because they've been ditching their lunches and snacking on junk food from the tuck shop!! I know its really easy to jus grab whatever is the quickest when you are rushed for time but unless you start planning your meals in advance and being prepared to eat properly you'll continue to experience these symptoms .. the best part is that as soon as you correct the nutritional deficiency your symptoms will disappear within the hour!! .... CHEERS

Don't know but get it checked out, might be diabetes.
You need to see a doctor. It might not be anything, but it could be diabetes. It could be a sugar rush, but do you really want to take that chance?
sugar overload maybe!! 3 choc bar and cups of tea with sugar i bet?
Common symptoms of low blood sugar include the following:
Trembling
Clamminess
Palpitations
Anxiety
Sweating
Hunger
Because the brain is deprived of glucose, a second set of symptoms follows:
Difficulty in thinking
Confusion
Headache
Seizures
Coma
Ultimately, death
You haven't had anything proper to eat you need a meal break and eat something like sandwiches and some fruit.
Try drinking some water too you might be dehydrated.
get checked out for diabetes. sugar is dangerous and can affect some people more than others. take fruit to work. 3 choc bars is excessive and will damage your body.
Parkinson, i thought.
Chocolate has a lot of caffeine and so does tea! You have too much caffeine, you should be drinking water when you work out not tea and chocolate!
sugar YES''
I get like that when I have previously eaten anything with monosodium glutamate in it, like a pot noodle. I think its your body telling you that you are short of vitamins!
most likely sugar rush it could be lack of sleep that happens to me a lot get it checked out anyway
Youre recking your blood sugar levels too much mput of sugar . try to have a protien start for breakfast and a good Carbohydrate . you may be the type of person that cannot face food in the morning I suspect you are with all the imput of sugar
So how about bread and Ham and chesse . i would say porridge but many peolpe do not like it but its the best GI food there is it will keep you going till lunch time
Too Much sugar TOO fast! Could be a low blood sugar thing...you NEED to get a Dr's opinion ---tell them what you ask us.PS) You need to eat more properly rather than junk.
caffeine, your blood pressure.. I had to take my son to the ER last week ~ he drank 2 Pepsi. My Dr. was furious with me. My 10 year old sons blood pressure was off the charts! He told of a 14 yr old wanting to game overnight. He took an over the counter caffeine pill and downed 2 Pepsi. The boy went into a coma and they spent 2 days pumping caffeine off his stomach. Stick to water, milk, or OJ for a couple of days, watch the salt intake and have your blood pressure checked. This is probably serious, not to frighten, and that much sugar to your body at one time isn't good. I am diabetic and I can tell you I don't need drugs to get high, all I need is German Chocolate cake. Whoa! Good luck and stay healthy!
It sounds like you are having a drop in blood sugar as a result of the high insulin level that the morning required to metabolize the high sugar and caffeine levels. The spike in insulin causes your blood sugar to drop too low and your brain is the first to feel the effects of a lower blood sugar level. The best way to prevent this is by eating a mixed breakfast that includes a protein to slow down the need to metabolize a high sugar level and fiber which does the same. Caffeine enhances the insulin spike effect. Good luck, Marlo
As said by many, most likely it has to do with your nutrition. So watch what you eat. Take with you some fruits, and other healthy foods and water to have as needed. You do not mention the kind of job you do, so it is difficult to comment on issues as heat, effort, etc.One thing you can do to help the dizziness to go away is to lay down face up and have your legs higher than your head while breathing slowly and deeply (without overdoing it). You should feel better in a few minutes.
Watch out! Rise slowly and while in breathing!!!
